We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return period of 30 days . Please read our return policy carefully below:

Returns Policy:

You can return your item within 30 days after receipt return your order.

1. The shirt to be returned must be in undamaged condition to be in, unused are, and all original labels and packaging must still be present.

2. Printed shirts (shirts with name, number or personalized details) can not  returned unless an error was made during printing or the product is damaged.

3. Shirts that are without return appointment returned or shipped back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return:

Via e-mail on jerseyde@outlook.com to register your return and a return number to receive. This is necessary to process the return process correctly.

1. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund (if applicable). You will receive the refunded amount on the same payment method you used to place your order. NB: The return shipment can be made up to 10 working days take time to process.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions described above, such as damaged items or products without original labels.
